Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Welcome to Reverie Maven. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, purchasing our products, and accessing our resources.
Reverie Maven is a trade name of Foreverie Co. LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Throughout these terms, “Reverie Maven,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business. “You” refers to the person using our website or purchasing from us.
These terms apply to thereveriemaven.com. Please read them before placing an order or using our resources.
1. Agreement & Eligibility
By placing an order or otherwise expressly accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them.
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
If you purchase on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
Additional terms may apply to specific products, promotions, or services. We will make those terms available before the relevant purchase or agreement.
2. Related Policies
Please also review our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Site Disclosure, available through our website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Refunds & Returns Policy governs product returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds. Our Site Disclosure explains affiliate relationships, sponsored content, and other commercial connections.
If a product-specific license or signed service agreement conflicts with these general terms, that license or agreement controls for the matter it addresses. Nothing in these documents limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Appropriate Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and without interfering with its operation or other visitors.
You must not:
- Submit fraudulent orders or use payment details without authorization.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without permission.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with website security.
- Use our website to send spam, harass others, or distribute unlawful content.
- Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content beyond the permissions described in these terms or allowed by law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms.
4. Accounts & Customer Information
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and keep account details current.
If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by inaccurate information you provide, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Products, Descriptions & Availability
Our shop offers digital products and physical merchandise printed or produced to order.
We aim to describe products accurately. Photographs, styled images, and digital mockups are illustrative. Screen settings, materials, and production methods may cause minor differences in appearance.
Minor variations do not excuse a defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.
Before purchasing, please review the product description, size guide, selected options, device compatibility, file format, and any software requirements.
Products, prices, and availability may change. Changes do not retroactively alter an order we have already accepted.
6. Prices, Payments & Order Acceptance
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on our website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may need to verify payment, availability, or order details before accepting and fulfilling it.
If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, we will cancel the affected items and refund the corresponding payment.
We may decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the purchase. Any payment collected for canceled, unfulfilled items will be refunded.
7. Print-to-Order Merchandise & Shipping
Physical products are printed or produced after an order is placed and may be fulfilled by third-party production partners.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Please review the estimates provided with your purchase. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds required by applicable law.
Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an address or request an order change. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
If incorrect address information or an unclaimed package requires reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply. We will explain those charges before arranging reshipment.
For damage, incorrect items, or missing packages, please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms transfers responsibility to you before applicable law permits.
8. Digital Products & Delivery
Digital products may include workbooks, guides, worksheets, templates, and other downloadable resources.
Unless the product description says otherwise, digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item. Access instructions are provided through the method described at checkout or in your order confirmation.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and any software identified in the product description.
If you cannot access a purchase or receive an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact us for assistance.
Unless expressly included in the product description, a purchase does not include customization, individual coaching, future editions, or ongoing support.
9. Digital Product License
Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a resource gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own personal purposes or within your own business.
You may download, save, complete, and print copies reasonably needed for that use. You may adapt editable materials for your own internal use where the product is designed to allow editing.
You may not:
- Share downloadable files or access links with other people.
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or upload the resource to a shared collection or public website.
- Rebrand the resource or claim its original content or design as your own.
- Include the resource in a product, course, membership, client deliverable, or giveaway without written permission or an express license allowing it.
- Reproduce substantial portions to create a competing product.
Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property. Your own entries, business information, and original material remain yours.
These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.
If you need team access, client-use rights, or another license, please contact us before purchasing.
10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our digital products and print-to-order merchandise are generally final sale.
We do not ordinarily accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect selections, or fit preferences when the item matches the description and options ordered.
Exceptions for damaged, defective, incorrect, inaccessible, or undelivered products are addressed in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Please contact us before sending back merchandise. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address if a return is needed.
All purchases remain subject to any cancellation rights, warranties, or remedies required by applicable law.
11. Professional Services
Consulting, strategy, creative work, implementation support, and other services are governed by the applicable proposal, service agreement, or booking terms.
That agreement will address matters such as scope, fees, scheduling, revisions, cancellations, confidentiality, and ownership of deliverables.
Purchasing a digital product, reading our content, or submitting an inquiry does not establish a consulting or other professional relationship.
12. Educational Information & Results
General website content and self-guided resources are provided for educational and informational purposes.
They do not replace individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or mental health advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for your circumstances and for obtaining professional advice when needed.
We do not guarantee income, sales, business growth, audience growth, or a particular personal outcome. Results depend on your circumstances, decisions, implementation, and factors outside our control.
This does not limit our responsibility to provide purchased products and services as described and agreed.
13. Intellectual Property
Website text, original designs, graphics, product content, and other protected materials belong to Reverie Maven or their respective owners and licensors.
Except as permitted by a product license, written permission, or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit those materials.
You may share links to our public pages. Sharing a link does not grant permission to reproduce an entire article, distribute a paid resource, or imply that we endorse your business.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14. Reviews, Comments & Submissions
You remain the owner of original content you submit.
When you voluntarily submit a review or comment for public display, you give us nonexclusive permission to host, display, and format it as reasonably necessary to publish it with the relevant product or discussion. We will not materially change its meaning.
We will seek separate permission before using private correspondence as a public testimonial.
Please submit only content you have the right to share. Do not include confidential information, another person’s private information, unlawful threats, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
We may moderate spam, unlawful material, irrelevant content, and personal information. We do not prohibit or penalize honest reviews because they are critical or negative.
15. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Relationships
Our website may link to third-party websites, tools, retailers, or services. Some links are affiliate links through which we may earn a commission.
Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. A purchase from an external retailer is a transaction with that retailer.
Our Site Disclosure provides more information about these relationships.
16. Website Availability & Warranties
We aim to maintain a useful, reliable website, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device.
To the extent permitted by law, free website content and general informational resources are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory product warranties, excuses a material misdescription, or removes rights that applicable law gives you.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reverie Maven will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, or general informational resources, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Where legally permitted, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will be limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Liability for separately contracted professional services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Colorado law, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
If a concern arises, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising your legal rights and does not extend any legal deadline.
These terms do not require binding arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business, products, or legal obligations change. The current version will appear on this page with an updated date.
Changes apply prospectively. Unless you expressly agree otherwise, an existing purchase remains governed by the terms accepted when that purchase was made.
We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law.
20. General Provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with applicable purchase terms and separately accepted agreements, govern the matters they address. They do not override rights or representations that applicable law protects.
